THREE WOODEN CROSSES
WORKPLACE POLICY AGREEMENT
1. Purpose
This policy establishes clear expectations for employee punctuality and compliance with drug screening requirements at Three Wooden Crosses, essential to maintaining a safe, productive, professional work environment.
2. Punctuality Policy
2.1 Attendance Expectations — All employees must report to work at their designated start time and notify their supervisor as soon as possible if late or absent.
2.2 Three-Strike Tardiness Rule — No employee shall arrive more than thirty (30) minutes late to their scheduled shift.
- 1st Occurrence: Verbal warning documented in employee file
- 2nd Occurrence: Written warning and counseling session
- 3rd Occurrence: Suspension without pay or termination at management's discretion
Tardiness occurrences counted within a rolling 6-month period.
3. Drug Screening Policy
3.1 Three Wooden Crosses maintains a drug-free workplace. Testing types include: Pre-Employment, Reasonable Suspicion, Post-Accident, and Random screening.
3.2 Consent — By signing, employees consent to drug screening when requested. Refusal = positive result. Positive results may result in suspension or termination.
4. Company Phone Policy
Company phones must remain ON and accessible 24/7. Location services must be enabled at all times. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action up to termination.
5. At-Will Employment
Employment with Three Wooden Crosses is at-will. This policy does not create a contract of employment and may be modified at management's discretion at any time.
Electronic Signatures
